Our Founder
Felizardo Gaxiola, CEO

Felizardo is a Certified Business Broker in the USA, a graduate of UCLA Anderson Business School and has been involved in the business world since an early age. He is an entrepreneur passionate about creating new business opportunities, has extensive experience in buying and selling companies and is active in the business sector in Mexico. Felizardo's main interest is the promotion of Mexican entrepreneurs in the U.S. market.

Aldo Bettoni, CFO

Professional graduate of CETYS University and IPADE Business School. She has more than 15 years of experience in Finance and Strategic Management in the Aerospace, Automotive and Investment Fund sectors. He has collaborated with multinational companies as well as SMEs in Project Management, Financial Management and Strategic Consulting increasing their productivity and performance. Her focus is to offer the best opportunities for the growth of our clients.

Senior Executive in Southern California, graduate of INCAE Business School. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions analysis, business valuation and execution of commercial transactions. His background in the financial sector has given him an advantage in successfully managing acquisitions in various industries.

Aldo's main interest is to ensure that transactions are concluded in a favorable manner for all parties and that his clients are satisfied.

Alejandro Sirgo, Operations

Executive with a degree in International Relations in Mexico and more than 20 years of experience in Operations. Processes and People Management. His skills have led him to successfully lead the expansion of projects in the USA, Latin America and Asia. Alex's main interest is to maintain an exceptional operation based on results, identify employees with potential to develop them and help them become successful leaders.

Fernando Arenas, Executive Assistant

Professional with studies in Psychology and Human Resources Administration. His work is of great help in diverse activities, he has acquired experience in the coordination of managerial tasks, as well as the investigation and organization of information. His main interest is to help our clients in a professional and organized manner, making sure that everything is resolved within the established deadlines.
